Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you get from Butter. But we get it, sometimes things just aren't quite right, and that's okay.

Here's how it works:

Full refund: Contact us and return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Full price items only, no refunds on sale items.

Exchange or store credit: Contact us and return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Your receipt, tax invoice or order number is required
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty
  • Returns are at the customer's expense — we recommend tracked postage as we can't take responsibility for anything lost on its way back to us
  • Refunds are processed once we receive the item back
  • All discounted items are final sale — no refunds, credits or exchanges
